How often to you get to see a politician talk about being a Christian? Farely often, though if you are like me, you wonder whether they really do follow Christ. Enter James Lankford of Oklahoma's 5th District. This former Christian Camp Director is now attempting to regulate the regulators in D.C., but this past Spring he went home to his church and gave a sermon on Palm Sunday.
Sure, the video is a little long, but the man seems to have a real heart for the Lord. Congressman James Lankford is a Christian and a freshman in the congressional ranks, but has been extremely proactive in expressing the concerns of his constituents before subcommittee meetings.
Real Men of Jesus in Washington D.C.? Let's hope so! One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
